Recently, I purchased a Tempur-Pedic Advanced Ergo adjustable mattress set from your Oldsmar store. My sales associate, Rudy Plachy, was very helpful. He explained and answered all of my questions. The two delivery men, Robert & Erik, were just great! I have a 2nd floor condo with a small elevator, so the bed had to come up the stairs and the old one back down. I totally enjoyed having them in my home! They set up everything and explained how to operate the remote control before leaving. My purchase from beginning to end was a very pleasant one. This is the second time I have bought from your store. Over four years ago, when I moved to the area, I purchased all of my kitchen appliances from Famous Tate. I guess it's safe to say I've done the whole store! Thank you and keep up the good work.

I recently purchased a dishwasher, stove & microwave from your Lakeland location. Before entering, I had shopped at several other major appliance stores in the area. Truthfully, I had encountered everything from high-pressure tactics to no customer service sales tactics and was totally confused as to what to purchase.
From the moment I entered the store, I knew I would purchase my appliances at Famous Tate. Linda Dulmage was the sales associate who handled my purchase. She was the perfect customer service representative. She worked with me to ascertain my needs and to find me the best product at the best price – even informing me of the rebate program. She neither ignored or pressured me and helped me with sage advice. I was extremely pleased with your store and especially with Linda. The icing on the cake was that even after the transaction was complete, one of the products went on sale (within a couple days) and she called me to offer me the sales price. Something I would never have expected. All I can say is WOW! What an asset she is!
In this day and age, customer service is just about the only difference a store can make. Your employees reflect the store and Linda speaks volumes. Because of her, I will never buy another appliance or mattress from any other store. She has made me a Famous Tate customer for life! I know it is common for the public to write letters of complaint – but thought you should know you have a valuable member on your sales team.

I just wanted to commend one of your employees. My wife and I went shopping for our kitchen remodeling appliances last December. We spent a VERY long day in appliance stores with sales people who happily served us cookies but did not actually listen to what said we wanted. When we went to Famous Tate...actually by accident on our way home, we had an excellent experience. I think we spent over $13,000 on the kitchen and a little bit on the laundry stuff. Ricardo Rojas (North Tampa store) was wonderful.
Even today, I emailed him to confirm the delivery date and his reply was INSTANT! I can buy my own cookies. What is difficult is finding people who care about what they do and don't stop caring after they get their commission. I hope that Ricardo is well taken care of.
I will definitely be back to buy anything I need in the future.

In my opinion, Ricardo is a great guy to have on your team. I just wanted to send that note.

The delivery driver, Sunday, was not only on time…he was early! In this day and age, I find that a Positive. He was very polite and clearly explained the proper operation procedures of the machines.
Prior to buying the washer & dryer at Famous Tate, we had stopped into Best Buy in West Tampa to check out the LG washers & dryers they had advertised. It seemed like all the stores had certain LG models at the same prices. The wife and I decided to check with your store before we made any decision, based on our favorable prior experiences. Once again I felt the need to write you to let you know my wife and I were recently back at Famous Tate to purchase a new Bosch dishwasher. Our dishwasher was working just fine however we decided to up grade and purchase a more efficient machine.
